All appointments requests are triaged by a highly-trained team to determine which clinician is most appropriate to help you with your described health issue. As part of NHSEngland's efforts to help with increasing winter demands, the practice are now able to directly book patients for on-the-day, one-to-one telephone consultations with a Community Pharmacist or one-to-one video consultations with a LIVI GP. Please state below if you consent for us to book one of these appointments for you (if deemed appropriate by our team) and we will respond with details of the appointment. *
