In future you may wish to consider registering for our Online Services. The Online Services system remembers which medications you are on and makes requesting repeat prescriptions faster and easier.
If you want to order a medication that is not on your online repeat profile, you can use this form to request any prescriptions from the practice.
Please allow 3 working days for the practice to generate a prescription. If you have prescriptions sent to a nominated pharmacy then please allow their normal turnaround time after this point.
