New Guidelines for Face Coverings in Health Care Settings

The governments guidelines for face coverings in Health care settings have changed. Face masks are no longer mandatory. However if you are a vulnerable patient or have a lung disease we would advise you to continue wearing a face mask. If you would like your GP/Nurse to wear a face mask during your consultation please let them know and they will be more than happy to do so.

If you are experiencing respiratory/cold like symptoms please ring first before attending the surgery.

The NHS will continue to support staff in ensuring that the guidance is followed in all healthcare settings

Please visit the NHS website for more details on wearing face coverings in healthcare settings.
